TREASON TRIAL
OPENED IN BERLIN. ALLEGED ATTEMPT TO KILL HITLER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) BERLIN, January 3. The trial of Ernest Niekisch and two others, charged with high treason and plotting the assassination of Herr Hitler, has opened. Eighteen others are to be tried later. The public is not being admitted.
