(Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, January 2. “The Times” Shanghai correspondent says Wang Ching-Wei has been deprived of all posts for violation of discipline and endangering the State. Marshal Chiang Kai-Shek, after receipt of Wang Ching-Wei’s message during the negotiations with Japan, summoned the Koumintang executive and suggested giving Wang Ching-Wei time to repent, but the meeting decided on his expulsion for life, which is the greatest loss of face that can be inflicted.
