CATHOLIC TOURNAMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND. December 30. The Roman Catholic Dominion tennis championships concluded today. T. McGrath, who was to contest the final of the men’s singles'with J. Leng, had to default because of an injury. In the women’s singles Miss U. Amos beat Miss D. McCarthy, 6-3. 3-6, 7-5. and in the women's doubles Misses A. and E. McNeil beat Misses U. and N. Hickey, 6-3, 6-2.
In the men’s plate, F. Hepburn beat J. McDermott, 6-2, and in the women’s plate, Miss Williams beat Miss Barnao, 8-6.
