TARARUA RIFLE CLUB. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Tararua Rille Club held a competition for a trophy donated by C. Sigvertsen. This was won by N. Petersen. The scores were: —
Sharp Earthquake. A sharp earthquake was felt here about 2.20 o’clock yesterday afternoon, and while considerable alarm was caused no damage is reported. Personals. Mr and Mrs R. B. McLellan are on a visit to Blenheim. Wellington visitors to Eketahuna include Mr and Mrs Buchanan and Peter Buchanan, Mrs E. M. Buchanan, Mrs Cowie, Mr and Mrs Muchan and family, Miss Phillips, Mrs Read, Mrs Quinton, Misses W., D., and U. Quinton, and Mr and Mrs Spurdie.
