According to the newspaper “Kuryer Polski,” a conference of Danzig Nazis with delegates from Berlin, including Herr Hess, agreed completely to alter the status of the Free City and to limit Poland’s rights, including a reduction of the High Commissionership to a Consul-Generalship, which virtually means that Poland is shorn of special privileges in Danzig.

Other decisions include the introduction of Conscription, the severance of League ties and the expulsion of Jews.
