PRECIOUS RELIC

Sweden’s most precious antique, the Vadstena Braktea, a golden ornament dating from the year 400, has been Stolen from thb Royal Historical Museum.
Il is valued at £20,000 and was dug up in 1587 at Vadstena, 'where Saint Brigitta founded a convent., It is unique because it is the only ornament of its kind with an inscription in the runic alphabet.
It was removed overnight from the museum’s safe, which is undamaged.
