WEDDING

BROWN-VEALE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The marriage took place last Saturday at the Presbyterian Church, Carterton, of Mr T. Brown, of Richmond Road, and Miss Edith Veale, of Carterton. The bride was attended by Mjiss Mavis Martin, of Masterton, as bridesmaid. Mr Gordon Tinsley acted as best man and the bride was given away by Mr Allen, of West Taratahi. After the ceremony the happy party adjourned to the residence of the bridegroom’s parents, where the wedding breakfast was held, and the bridegroom and his bride received hearty congratulations and wishes for the future. They afterwards left by car for Palmerston North and connected with the Limited express for Auckland, where the honeymoon will be spent. Mr and Mrs Brown will reside in Carterton.
