Urbshys, discussing the elections, in which the Germans secured 25 seats and the Lithuanians 4, said that Lithuania would not discuss an illegal solution of the Memel question, and would do her utmost to defend her integrity.
He suggested that The signatories of the Memel Convention confer with Germany to seek a satisfactory definition of it.
