DISSOLUTION DEMANDED IN FRANCE. RIGHT WING PAPERS APPEAL TO PARLIAMENT. (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) PARIS, December 16. Four hundred and thirty Right Wing newspapers throughout France openly appealed to Parliament, demanding dissolution of the Communist Party, on the ground that it advocates civil war and wants to involve France in a foreign war.
