Cabinet has issued a decree that Jews must declare their property in real estate and buildings to the Government, after which an amount in excess of £2OOO in the country and £3300 in towns will be assessed by experts and handed over to a State organisation, which will run the property, Jews receiving four per cent bonds in such an organisation. It is also decreed that the four Libyan provinces will form an integral part of Italy, Libyan Moslems receiving special Italian citizenship.
