EX=KING ALFONSO
RESTORATION OF PROPERTY & CITIZENSHIP. DECREE ISSUED BY FRANCO. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BURGOS, December 16. General Franco has issued a decree restoring the full rights of Spanish citizenship to ex-King Alfonso, of which he was deprived in 1931 by the Republican Government. The decree also annuls all the Republic’s later laws depriving him of his property in Spain. WOULD RETURN TO SPAIN. BUT NOT YET INVITED. (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) ROME, December 16. Ex-King Alfonso’s private secretary said has Majesty would go to Spain if asked to do so, but he had not yet been invited.
