General Franco has issued a decree restoring the full rights of Spanish citizenship to ex-King Alfonso, of which he was deprived in 1931 by the Republican Government. Ex-King Alfonso’s private secretary said has Majesty would go to Spain if asked to do so, but he had not yet been invited.
