Dr Schacht is due in London today from Basle, accompanied by Dr Beyen, President of the Bank of International Settlements and Mr Montague Norman. It is stated that Dr Beyen’s visit is in connection with the readiness expressed by the Bank of International Settlements to organise any transfer of Ger-man-Jewish property to any foreign country which may be decided upon after discussions about Jewish emigration from Germany.
