INDISCRIMINATE BUYING
POWER BOARD EXPERIENCE!. (“Times-Age" Special.) “At the present time people are buying indiscriminately and we are not looking to the future,” stated the Sec-retary-Manager, Mr G. Brown, at today’s meeting of the Wairarapa Electric Power Board. "In the case of the average small consumer,” he added, “we are finding it harder to collect accounts than during the slump. About 300 consumers lose their discount every month.”
