Vancouver. —A pair of Corriedale stud rams from Hawarden, New Zealand, valued at 1,265 rollars, arrived here recently on the R.M.S. Aorangi. They were destined for transhipment to a sheep farm in Ohio, United States. Toronto. —A three-year-old Holstein cow, “Hartholme Rosy Findern,” owned on a farm near Woodstock, Ontario, has established a new high record for milk production in her class. In the 305 days division, milked twice a day, she produced 17,642 pounds of milk testing 4.3 per cent butter-fat, or 759 pounds of butter fat in the period.
