Montreal—The Montreal Industrial Bureau, organised for the purpose. of promoting industry and commerce as well as to induce foreign firms to establish here, has appointed representatives in France and Belgium, Vicomte de Briment and Dr L. A. Finchelstein respectively. Representatives in England and Roumania are also to be appointed.
