Mrs D. Fraser, who had been on a visit to Hamilton, has returned to Eketahuna.
Mr and Mrs S. R. Gawith, Upper Plain, have been spending a few days in Nelson.
Mrs Higgins, of Karori, has been visiting Mrs A. W. McKenzie, Renall Street, Masterton.
Mrs Swinburn Kelly, Hawke’s Bay, is staying with her mother, Mrs D. B. Carrick. Upper Plain. Mrs G. O’Rourke, Pahiatua, is staying with Mrs J. G. S. Thompson, of Rimu Street, Lansdowne.
Miss Lois Hosking, Church Street, Masterton, who has been in Hawke’s Bay, has returned to Masterton. Mrs S. L. P. Free, High Street, Masterton, who has been on a short visit to Blenheim, has returned home. Miss Jordan (Wellington), who has recently returned from a visit to Singapore, is the guest of Mrs T. Jordan, The Terrace, Lansdowne. Miss Maureen Nix, who has been spending a short holiday with her parents, Mr and Mrs C. J. Nix, Tauherenikau, has left for Auckland.
The Rev and Mrs P. Wiltshire, who have been spending a week in Mangatainoka paying farewell calls, before leaving for their new parish at Hunterville, have returned to Pongaroa. They intend to take over their duties at Hunterville in January.
