It was decided to hold the next meeting on the first Wednesday in February. An extraordinary general meeting was also held for an appropriation of £4OO by sale. No tenders being received, a ballot was held. Messrs E. J. Brown and T. B. Braggins were appointed scrutineers, and the ballot resulted in Mrs A. R. Walker being declared entitled to £2OO in respect of two shares held, and Mr E. J. Brown being entitled to the other £2OO. Five marbles drawn represented unfinancial members.
