ELABORATE ARRANGEMENTS IN GERMANY SALE OF FARM AND FOREST LANDS. ACQUISITION OF GOLD FORBIDDEN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) BERLIN, December 5. The latest decrees eliminate Jews from the ownership of property in agricultural and forest lands, which will be summarily sold. Jews are also excluded from the acquisition of property rights and must place their securities in special safes at their banks, and must not acquire gold or jewellery, but the process of dispossession, in order to avoid disorganisation, will extend over several months.
