Allegations of attacks by armed Lithuanians against Memel Germans are reported almost daily in the Press without comment. Tension appears to be increasing, but an explosion is not expected during the Memel Diet elections, which are being held on December 11. < SOME CABINET CHANGES. (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) KAUNAS, December 5. '■ M. Mironas has resigned and has reformed his Cabinet with a new Foreign Minister, M. Urbshys, replacing M. Lozoraitis. who has recently been attacked by the Memel Germans, a new Defence Minister and other minor changes.
