LATVIAN MINISTER
MAKING FRIENDLY VISIT TO LONDON. GENERAL EXCHANGE OF VIEWS. (British Official Wireless.) . (Received This Day, 9.52 a.m.) RUGBY, December 5. The Latvian Foreign Minister M Vilhelms Munters, has arrived in London. He stated that it was a visit of friendship, in return for the recent visit of Lord Plymouth. He added: “We shall combine some discussions about economics with some exchange of views on the general situation in Europe.”
