HOLD-UP IN FRENCH PORTS. PETITION TO MINISTER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. PARIS, December 5. Seamen at Le Havre today voted for a continuation of the strike, and a committee has gone to Paris to ask the Minister of Marine, Viscomte Chappedelaine, to withdraw the warrants against the strike leaders.
