The Paris correspondent of the British United Press says Sir Kingsley Wood offered the French Air Minister (M. Guy La Chambre), an opportunity to build up the French Air Force on British expansion principles. France will seek full British co-opera-tion and may buy manufacturing rights of the Vickers Spitfire, whose speed is 365 miles an hour, which far exceeds the French maximum.
