The “Daily Telegraph’s” Warsaw correspondent says the Treasurer, M. Kwaitkowski, urges the expediting of rearmament and announces a three years’ plan to spend eighty millions sterling on defence works, concentrating on the strategic triangle of South and Central Poland. Armament and aeroplane- plants are working at full blast.
