WOUND IN SHOULDER
MAURICEVILLE MAN INJURED. ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL. A single man named Charles Jensen, 28 years of age, of Mauriceville, was admitted to the Masterton Hospital late on Thursday night suffering from a gunshot wound in the right shoulder, received while he was carrying a gun in a paddock at the back of his parents’ residence earlier in the evening. His condition is not serious. The mishap occurred at about 8 o'clock. Mr. Jensen was able to make his way back to the house, where he was attended to by Miss Irene Olsen, who was the only person at home at the time. Dr. J. C. Forsyth and Dr. Graham Cowie were summoned and the injured man was later conveyed by ambulance to the hospital,
