REFUGEES FROM EUROPE
AUSTRALIA TO ADMIT 15,000. OVER PERIOD OF THREE YEARS. By Telegraph—Press Association, —Copyright. CANBERRA, December 1. The Commonwealth Government has decided to admit 15.000 European refugees over a period of three years. Only those classes whose entry would not disturb existing labour conditions, or individuals with capital or experience to establish and develop industries will be given special consideration. Legislation is being introduced into the Senate immediately containing drastic provisions for the registration of aliens in Australia.
