LOCKE’S FINAL GAMES
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 21
After a tour of the Dominion, the South African golfer, A. D. Locke, will sail tomorrow for Sydney. Locke will take part in the British open championship next year and he expects later to visit the United States to play in the “winter circuit.” His present intentions are to go to Australia in 1940 and also to come to New Zealand to compete in the centenary championships. In his final match Locke beat A. Murray, at Middlemore, two up. In the morning Locke partnered E. J. Moss in a fourball match against H. D. Brinsden and A. J. Murray at the Titirangi links. The game ended all square, Brinsden sinking a long putt on the last green to make honours even.
