♦ FATALLY INJURED IN JUMP FROM SCHOOL BUS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, This Day. Throwing out his coat and schoolbag as he approached his destination, John William Barr, aged 7 years, jumped from a moving school bus near Seddon yesterday afternoon and, landing on his head, sustained a fractured skull and succumbed in hospital a few hours later. The boy was a son of Mr Kenneth Barr, Queen Charlotte Sound. He was living with his grandmother near Seddon, for the purpose of his schooling.
