(Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) BUDAPEST, November 20. It is reported that Czech troops pursuing Ruthenian deserters, crossed the Hungarian frontier near Feketepatak. The Hungarian frontier guard opened fire and the Czechs withdrew, after several had been killed or wounded. It is reported that seventy-four Ruthenian towns and villages have telegraphed Herr Hitler, Signor Mussolini and the Polish President, asking them to give effect to their right of selfdetermination.
