Dr Dierckhoff, German Ambassador to Washington, has been ordered to return home. A communique announced that Dr Dierckhoff will inform his Government of the feeling in .the United States and “the strange attitude towards German internal events represented by the declarations by President Roosevelt and other leading persons.” NO MORE LOOTING SOME OFFENDERS ARRESTED. ONE TO BE IMPRISONED FOR 18 MONTHS. (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) BERLIN, November 18. As a result of Herr Hitler’s no more looting order, a Nazi at Nuremberg has been sentenced to eighteen months’ imprisonment, for looting Jewish homes. Several Storm Troopers have been arrested in Munich for extorting money from Jews. CRUEL OUTRAGES. CONDEMNATION IN SOUTH AFRICA. JOHANNESBURG, November 18. A meeting of 300 persons expressed horror and dismay at the cruel outrages against Jews and Christians in Germany and Austria.
