JAPANESE HURRYING UP REINFORCEMENTS

The “Daily Telegraph’s” Hong Kong correspondent says that in order to meet the Chinese menace, the Japanese have evacuated Bias Bay and East River sectors, of which the Chinese have taken possession. The Japanese are rushing reinforcements from Formosa and Amoy.
