ATTITUDE OF AUSTRALIA NO INTENTION OF GIVING UP TERRITORY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 12. According to the “Sunday Sun” the Prime Minister, Mr Lyons, made a definite announcement yesterday that the Australian Government had no intention of handing back New Guinea to Germany or anybody else. Mr Lyons added that “no suggestion that New Guinea should be given back to Germany has ever been made to me by Mr Chamberlain.”
