DISPUTE WITH U.S. SETTLED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) MEXICO CITY, November 13. The land expropriation dispute with the United States was settled amicably today when the Government accepted the United States proposals looking toward a” payment of the American claims. Mexicans whose land was seized will continue to receive nothing. It is understood that President Cardenas yielded in orded to maintain friendly relations, but will refuse to permit diplomatic intervention regarding the expropriated Anglo-American oil lands.
