AIR FORCE BOMBER CRASHES AND EXPLODES PARACHUTES FAIL TO ACT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, November 12. An Air Force bomber, conveying three men to a sporting fixture, crashed and exploded at Rugeley today, incinerating the occupants, whose parachutes failed.
