RABBITSKIN SALE
PRICES AT DUNEDIN (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, November 8. Fair-sized catalogues were offered at today’s rabbitskin sale and considering the quality of skins now coming forward satisfactory rates were recorded. As compared with last sale’s quotation bucks were lower by 4d to 6d, while does were from par to a shade firmer. Hatters’ sorts were in demand and sold at about par. Following is the official range of prices:— . Small, 3d to 4|d; runners, B|d to 13d; racks, lOd to 15d; heavy racks, 13£d to 153 d; summer broken, 13d to 133 d; first broken, 17d to 20Jd; blacks, lOd to 18d; fawns, 12d to 16d; summers, 8.5.F.5., 13d to 133 d; first 8.5.F.5., 22d to 30d; milky, 13]d to 15d; first milky, 17-Jd to 183 d. . . Winter bucks, 36{d to 50d; winter does, 273 d to 393 d; outgoing bucks, 24d to 39d; outgoing' does, 25Jd to 34d; spring bucks, 15d.t0 19|d; spring does, 19d to 221 d; stained does, 18d to 293 d.
