WAIRARAPA COLLEGE SPORTS GATHERING

ANIMATED SCENE TODAY. HIGH STANDARDS SET. There, was an animated scene on the picturesque Wairarapa College grounds this morning on the occasion of the annual sports gathering. The weather was beautifully fine and sunny and keen and exciting contests were the order of the day. A healthy spirit of friendly rivalry prevailed and the standard of performance in practically all the events was high. The track was in excellent order and made for fast times.
