OTTAWA, Canada—Canadians are firm believers in the use of telegrams and cables for the expediting of business. A Government report shows that in 1937, 11,644,209 telegrams were interchanged in Canada, in addition to which 1.812,121 telegrams were received from points in the United States. The number of cables forwarded from Canada in 1937 totalled 796,572, and the number received, 692,195.
