THE ABOLITION OF PARTIES. RESTORATION OF DEMOCRACY ANTICIPATED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. .(Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, November 4. “The Times” Warsaw correspondent says a second election, under the constitution of 1935 is being held on November 6. The electoral law prohibits political parties, but the old Socialist, Peasant and Nationalist adherents have decided to boycott the election. The Government, realising the deepseated opposition, is certain to amend the law after the election and to restore a democratic Parliament.
