No Junior Cricket Today.
The Wairarapa Cricket Association decided just before lunch to play its senior matches today but no junior games, the wet weather having interfered with the preparation of wickets. It had been decided yesterday not to play any .matches today. St. Andrew Society. A dance will be held in the Masonic Hall tonight by the St. Andrew Society. It will be the last gathering of the year and the arrangements have been capably carried out by the junior committee. Honorary members will be admitted and the dance, which should prove most enjoyable, will start at 7.45 p.m. An Italian swimmer recently won four out of five races on the Lido. The Speed Merchant of.
