G. Southey costs 13s; E. J. Barker v J. L. Fulton, claim £l5 Ils sd. and order for possession within one month, warrant to be suspended provided defendant pays 15s a week in the meantime. •
On a judgment summons A- Popple was ordered to pay Heimann’s Ltd the sum of £4 14s 3d forthwith in default three days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays 10s a fortnight.
