SYDNEY SALES. STRONG COMPETITION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 3. The Sydney, wool sales closed today with very strong competition from the Continent and Yorkshire, and good support from Japan, greasy Merino making 20id. The total number of bales sold was 14,125. The average for the first three days of this week was £l3 8s 5d a bale.
