CONVENIENCE FOR COUNTRY RESIDENTS ADDITIONAL DONATIONS “I would like to point out to country residents that the establishment of the Ladies’ Rest Room in Dixon Street is really a convenience for their benefit,” said the Mayor, Mr T. Jordan this morning, referring to the appeal he had made soliciting donations for the furnishing of the rooms as a peace thanksgiving offering. Mr Jordan added that he looked to the country people to take some interest in the rooms and their support would be appreciated. Additional donations to the fund are acknowledged by Mr Jordan as follow:
