Kiosseivanoff has gone to the frontier to meet the Yugoslav Premier, M. Stoyadinovitch, to discuss the European situation and Balkan problems. M. Moshanoff, Speaker to the Bulgarian Assembly, in a speech, urged that Bulgaria, in view of the existence of Bulgarian minorities in Ru- ! mania, Yugoslavia and Greece, needed a frontier revision.
