MASTERTON CLUB TOURNEY CONCLUDED.
RETD’S RINK SUCCESSFUL.
The Labour Day tournament conducted by the Masterton Bowling Club, which had to be postponed on account of unfavourable weather, was concluded on Saturday. The contest was won by Hunter, Weller, Jones. Reid (s) with five wins. The results of the last three rounds are: —

Nielson (s); Haycraft, Bannister. Carstens. Taylor (s) beat A. Hendry, Lewis, Evans, W. Hendry (s), 14/8; Hunter. Weller. Jones. Reid (s) beat Trevorrow. Hyde. Hayne, Stubbings (s), 25/6. Fourth round: Stubbings (s) beat Morton (s). 16/6; Reid (s) beat Christian (s), 25/20; Hendry (s) beat Nielson (s). 19/4; Taylor (s) beat Perry (s), 14/7. Fifth round: Hendry beat Stubbings. 15/7; Reid beat Taylor, 8/7; Nielson beat Morton, 13/11; Christian beat Perry.
