DELIVERED TO THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT
OSTENSIBLY PURCHASED FOR TURKEY
FACTS BROUGHT TO LIGHT BY INVESTIGATION

Revealing that 40 bombing planes authorised by the Customs authorities for shipment to Turkey were really sent to Barcelona by the forging* of documents, Government officials stated that there was no evidence to show that the Canadian exporter acted other than honestly. .
The investigation was launched through reports from Washington that machines built in the United States and assembled in Canada had been found with the Spanish radical forces.
