COLLISION WITH POST

$ CAR TURNS OVER FOUR TIMES TWO PERSONS INJURED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) LEVIN, October 30. Hitting a post when endeavouring to negotiate a bend just north of the Ohau railway station at about 6 o’clock last evening, a motor-car driven by Mr W. McDonald, hairdresser, Courtenay Place, Wellington, slewed over on to its wrong side and, after turning over four times, came to rest on the right side of the road about 200 yards past the bend. Mr McDonald received severe injuries to the face and head, and a passenger, Mr J. Houlihan, received cuts and shock. After being attended by Dr E. T. G. Miller, they were taken to the Palmerston North Public Hospital.
