MAGISTRATE’S COURT
JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASE. In a judgment summons case heard at the Masterton Magistrate’s Court yesterday Esmonde Hugh Doherty was ordered to pay James A. Doherty Ltd. the sum of £35 16s, with costs £1 15s 6d, forthwith, in default 35 days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as defendant pays £4 per week, the first payment to be made on October 27.
