INDIANS IN TANGANYIKA
FEARS OF GERMAN RULE APPEAL MADE TO GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) DAR ES SAM, October 20.
