The German Minister of Economy, Herr Funk, who has returned from South-East Europe, declared that Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Turkey were political friends, and were forming a Balkan axis from the German frontier to the Black Sea, capable of expansion which had enabled negotiations involving economic reconstruction.
