(Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) LONDON, October 17. “The Times” Berlin correspondent says conversations on both sides with Herr Hitler have eased the HungarianCzechoslovak dispute. An agreement is expected on the basis of the cession of prominently Magyar zones to Hungary, with plebiscites in doubtful areas.
