LADIES GOLF. FINALS DECIDED. ("Times-Age” Special.l The semi-finals and finals of the ladies' championship of the Featherston Golf Club were concluded on the Gum Grove links yesterday in beautiful weather, with the following results: — Senior championship: Semi-finals: Mrs Johns beat Mrs Davis; Miss E. Williams beat Miss Bloxam. Final: Miss Williams beat Mrs Johns. Junior championsnip, semi-final: Mrs McCarty beat Mrs. Turnbull; Mrs Carlyon beat Miss Bloxam. Final: Mrs Carlyon beat Mrs McCarty. The closing of the ladies’ golf season will take place next Wednesday, when the presentation of prizes will take place. Euchre Tournament. The Featherston Croquet Club held a euchre tournament at the home of Mrs Safinders on Thursday, the winner being Mrs Hoskings, with Mrs Charles second. The prizes were donated by Mrs Fairbrother and Miss Viles.
